Recipe for the best cookies EVER!!!

Have you ever wanted that perfect batch of warm chocolate chip cookies? And you were never able to find the right recipe that has no milk or eggs? Well since I have many different allergies I like to mix and add and experiment with my recipes, so I might enjoy a good cookie, and have come up with the mother of all good cookie recipes!
I know that a lot of kids in the world have allergies like me and I wanted to show them that they can have a good cookie......if they are good that is!!  Parents like making treats for good kids!!
So here you go!!

Morgan's cookies for good kids recipe!

4 1/2 Cups - Flour
1 Tsp.        - Baking soda
2 Cup        - baking margarine
1 Cup        - Sugar
2 Cup        - brown sugar
2 Tsp.        - Cinnamon
2 Tsp.        - Salt
4 Tsp.        - Vanilla
3 Cups       - Liquid (rice milk, cows milk, almond milk, water)
3 Cups       - Semisweet chocolate chips (non dairy)

Preheat oven to 350`F (180`C). In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl beat the margarine, sugars and cinnamon together until fluffy. Once fluffy, add the flour mix, your liquid, salt and vanilla. after all is mixed up then you can add the chocolate chips.
Make sure the tray has parchment paper and scoop small bits of cookie dough with a spoon on to tray. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes of till you like them!!
After you let them cool then they are ready to eat!

Enjoy!!

I get questions all the time on my cookie recipe and how they taste so good and not have any milk or eggs??
well heres a secret, you don't need them!!!
Yes, when you add eggs and milk they turn out fluffier and gooier. But I like mine a bit crunchier and stable!
I make cookies all the time for big groups of people,  they all love them and I didn't use eggs or cows milk.

The first time I made cookies they were kind of weird and I was disheartened, but i just kept going and was able to make this recipe that my family and friends love.

I hope you do to!!
Happy Baking
